It takes your IP address, and a specified URL that you provide, and combines them together, creating a "spoofed" URL link directly to your IP. When you give the link to your victim(a person your chatting to on a chat program), and if they click it, their ip will be displayed in the text box. The link totally hides your IP, and cant be figured out unless someone is smart enough to decode it. This URL spoofing is a great way to get IP's using winsock's listen command. Have fun with it!
