Are your official activities leaving open to charges of CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES?

The use of system monitoring techniques such as keystroke loggers was
questioned in a CERT advisory... <http//www.cert.org/advisories/> and scroll down to keystroke logging advisory ...which warns that keystroke loggers and other such surveillance/monitoring
techniques MAY be illegal UNLESS proper warning is given to users.

In addition, anyone who "manufactures, assembles, possesses, or sells any
electronic, mechanical, or other device, knowing or having reason to know
that the design of such device renders it primarily useful for the purpose
of the surreptitious interception of wire, oral, or electronic
communications..." is comitting a crime under United States Federal law.
