================ INSTALLATION =================

		This addon will only work under Windows 98!
	Don't try to load it on Windows 2000 or NT, it won't load,
	and even if it does, it won't work! On Windows 95, some
	features will work, others won't, but running this addon on
	Windows 95 is not recommended. I haven't tested it on
	Windows ME but I expect it to work... Feedback on this
	will be mostly welcome :)
		**** IMPORTANT ****
		You MUST have configured mIRC to allow
	the use of /run command: make sure that the appropriate box
	(in 'File - Options - General - Lock') in NOT checked. If you
	omit to do this the addon won't work at all. Khaled included this
	option to provide security from malicious scripts and addons.
	 	The zip file contains a folder named 'Tweak'
	that has all the utility's needed files. So just unzip this folder
	anywhere and then type: /load -rs <path>\tweak.ini
	where <path> is the path of the directory the utility
	files are in. (for example if you unzipped the 'Tweak'
	folder in the main mIRC directory, <path> would be
	something like this: C:\mirc\Tweak

		*** IMPORTANT ***
	The addon's folder name (the folder where all the files are in)
	as well as any parent folder, must NOT contain spaces! For
	example, you should not put all the files in a directory called
	'C:\mirc\Tweak blah\' or in 'C:\mirc\Tweak blah\Tweak\' or
	in 'C:\My folder\Tweak\'. Keep that in mind, or else the addon
	will not load.
                  NOTE: All files of this utility must be in the SAME directory
	for the utility to work! You can rename the 'Tweak' folder,
	transfer the files to another folder etc, but whatever you do
	make sure all the files are in one common directory (which
	can be the main mIRC directory as well).

NOTE:	If you get an error message like this: '* /wincom: dialog creation
	error' that means you are very low on resources so the addon can't
	run. This can happen when your resources are 20% free or below.
	Although it is not fatal, it's indicative that your system is way
	too much overloaded. You should consider quitting some applications
	and if it gets worse, restart your computer.
		Info: the Windows' Resource Meter utility (Start-Accessories-
	System Tools-Resource Meter) show exactly what is happening at that
	time on your machine's resources.

========= CHANGES FROM VERSION 0.004 ==========

		1) Fixed bug in changing Internet Explorer's window title
		2) Fixed bug in Shutdown/restart tab not allowing you to
	set the hour to 00
		3) Fixed bug in Shutdown/restart tab causing immediate
	restart or shutdown when there's a scheduled shutdown/restart active
	and user clicks OK. Also improved the interface and warning messages
	for the scheduled shutdown/restart.
		4) Now hides the custom Minimize buttons if mIRC
	of version 5.8 and above is detected.

========= CHANGES FROM VERSION 0.003 ==========

		1) Now allowing the user to run the addon on
	Windows Millennium as well (it wouldn't run on Win ME on
	mIRC 5.8 due to the $os identifier change). However, I have
	NOT tested this on Win ME...
		2) Minor corrections to this file (readme.txt) :)

========= CHANGES FROM VERSION 0.002 ==========

		1) Optimized for mIRC 5.8, but maintaining compatibility
	with mIRC 5.71, so it still has the custom 'minimize' buttons.

========= CHANGES FROM VERSION 0.001 ==========

		1) Cleaned up the code (which was leaving some useless
	variables in the variables files) so now it won't leave any unnecessary
 	variables behind.
		2) Added error checking in case that the script directory path
	contains spaces; script is uninstalled when it sees a space character
	anywhere in the path.
		3) Minor corrections to the help file.
