SuB[mp3]-List Creator v1.02

NEWS:
Hehe well i'm pretty slim between updates, with versions 1.01 and 1.02 only hours apart,
but hey there were some silly mistakes which had to be fixed. Just wondering if anyone
knew a nice fast way of retrieving ID3 tag information. I'mm also busy working on the
seperate dirs thing, so that each dir has a subheading etc. Any help appreciated send
the modified sublist.ini to lukey@primus.com.au

-----

INSTALLATION

Firstly, extract sublist.ini and system.ini to your mirc directory. Run mirc, and type
/load -rs sublist.ini and hopefully it will load. If it doesn't you are a fool, hehe.

The first time you run SuB[mp3]-List, it will prompt you to enter a nickname, this will
be displayed at the front of filenames in the list, eg.

	!SuB[mp3] KoRn - Let's get this party started.mp3

DO NOT enter your nickname starting with a !, as this is done automatically.

-----

HOW TO RUN

This is pretty straightforward. You can use the popup menu in the menubar labled SuB[list]
or you can use the alias. The alias is far better than the popup.

/mp3list - Is exactly like the popup menu command
	/mp3list +c - Enables the comment
	/mp3list +c <comment>	- Enables the comment using <comment> as the default
	/mp3list -c - Disables the comment
/mp3list view - View the last list you made
/mp3list auto - This is used by auto update

The comment is a string of text displayed at the top of the list.

FAQ

Q. What the hell? When I try and scan my whole hard drive by selecting C:\ as my folder
to scan, it goes REALLY slow, why?
A. I have absolutely no idea. But, this script was made to scan designated folders, not
entire hard drives. I will try and work out why this is happening and soon will have
a nice fast hard drive scan available.

Q. Is this script compatable with SpR Multimedia Jukebox?
A. Although the layout of the list is mostly the same, this script is not meant to be
used alongside with SpR. It is the first addon for a Mp3 offering script which i am
currently scripting called SuB[mp3]. More information on SuB[mp3] will be released
   at a later date.

Q. Do you have a homepage?
A. Not at the moment.

Q. Ok something is wrong and I dunno whats happening.
A. Some of the variables may be missing. In any case, it's a bug or a mistake made by
me. Just email me at lukey@primus.com.au and tell me what the bug is.

VERSION HISTORY

	1.02 - 30/11/99
Hehe, pretty close between releases, fixed a couple of bugs
involving varions variables returning $null. Added an auto
list update feature, and made it so the auto list update
and the list comment are able to be toggled through the
menubar popup. Added a view command and added it to the
popups. Made it so that instead of ==='s there are just
blank spaces. Directory names are now shown in the list.
Hey all I need to do know is some ID3 tags, and a nice ez
	dialog eh?

	1.01 - 30/11/99
SuB[mp3]-List now displays file size in MB. Fixed a few
bugs and made it so it retains the last dir you listed.
Also added the comment flags, and overall compacted the
script. Wrote this dandy little helpfile. Added popups.

	1.00 - 29/11/99
Basic functions including file size in bytes. This version
got deleted by accident so its hasn't left my puta.
