Besides the disclaimer at the bottom of this file, I would just
like to stress out the following:

Using this addon is solely on your own risk. ProjectX can take
NO responsibility for ANY damage apparently caused by the use of
this addon. Although we have tested this script very well, and
is very confident that you will enjoy this addon for a long time
to come, we still feel that we have to warn you about the
following issues:

Damages include, but are not limited to:

* Loss of data, software, internet access or passwords
* Loss of income or emotional, physical or religious damages
* Getting k:lined or banned for use and misuse of this addon

We guarantee this script to be free of backdoors, as long as
it's not modified in any way. Due to the sensitivity of
passwords, which will be stored in this addon's database, we
recommend that you distribute THE ORIGINAL .zip file file, and
not an already used copy. ProjectX can also not be held
responsible for the loss of passwords. To help your privacy on
a bit, passwords will NOT be displayed ANYWHERE in the addon
console.

Just a final word of caution. This addon makes use of multiple

[options]
ProjectX Dalserv version 1.00 help - Options tab
================================================================

This is where you set the options for things that should take
place automatically. The reference list below consist of three
columns:

===================================
|f|r|c|
===================================

'f' means it's my personal choice for an item and is set to 'ON'
'r' means that you are running a risk when using this option.
Only recommended for advanced users.
'c' is the checkbox where you make the decision. Each will be
described in more detail later.

=======================================
|f|r|c|
=======================================
|  *  |    | Ident to NickServ on connect
| * | | Ident to NickServ on nick change
| | * | Ident on connect for all owned nicks
|  *  |    | Ident to NickServ when prompted
| | * | Ident on connect for all owned channels
|  *  |  *  | Ident on join for owned channel
|    |    | Output to custom windows
| * | | List memos when you get new ones
|    |  *  | List memos on connect
|    |    | Automatically read new memos
|    |    | Automatically delete read memos
| | * | Kill people using my nicks on notify
|*|*| Do not kill my clones on autokill
| | * | Check all nicks for memos on connect
| | | Join owned channels on connect
| | | Join favourite channels on connect
|    |  *  | Track favourite nicks on connect
|    |  *  | Track favourite channels on connect
| | * | Check your nick expirations on connect
| | * | Check your channel expirations on conn.
|  *  |  *  | Purge deleted memos on delete
| | | Custom windows only in windows list
=======================================

Even though ALL these options are potentially risky when many
other options are selected, only those marked with a * in the
'R' block are really risky. When you have many channels or nicks,
and want to perform these actions, I can recommend that you do
that manually from within the control dialog.

Here follows a brief description of each item:

* 'Ident to Nickserv on connect' identifies your current nick
when you connect.

* 'Ident to NickServ on nick change' identifies your new nick
when you change to it.

* 'Ident on connect for all owned nicks' identifies all your
nicks when you connect. This becomes risky when you own alot
of nicks

* 'Ident to NickServ when prompted' identifies when NickServ
asks you to do so.

* 'Ident on connect for all owned channels' identifies all your
channels when you connect. This becomes risky when you own
alot of channels

* 'Ident on join for owned channel' idents for an owned channel
when you join it. This is risky when autojoin is on.

* 'Output to custom windows' will redirect all services output
to a custom window.

* 'List memos when you get new ones' will do a list for current
nick only when a new memo arrives.

* 'List memos on connect' lists your memos when you connect.
This is risky if you have alot of other 'on connect'
commands checked.

* 'Automatically read new memos' will read your memos when you
get them. This should will read old memos.

* 'Automatically delete read memos' will delete a memo after it
was read.

* 'Kill people using my nicks on notify' will recover your nicks
via NickServ when other people are using them. This also go
for your clones (if any). This is very risky if you have alot
of nicks, and requires that you have the nicks you want to
recover in your notify list.

* 'Do not kill my clones on autokill' will kill all people using
your nicks, except your clones. It is risky if you have alot
of nicks, and it also requires that you have "show addresses"
on in your NOTIFY options.

* 'Check all nicks for memos on connect' will cycle through your
nicks, and check if they have memos. This is risky if you
have alot of nicks.

* 'Join owned channels on connect'. This may be risky if you
have alot of channels and have the ident on join option
enabled.

* 'Join favourite channels on connect' will join channels in your
favourite list when you connect to IRC.

* 'Track favourite nicks on connect' will check when nicks that
you have your eye on expires. This becomes risky when you have
alot of nicks you are checking on.

* 'Track favourite channels on connect' will check when channels
that you have your eye on expires. This becomes risky when you
have alot of channels you are checking on.

* 'Check your nick expirations on connect' will check all your
owned nicks for expiration info. This is risky if you have
alot of nicks.

* 'Check your channel expirations on conn.' will check all your
owned channels for expiration info. When you own alot of
channels, this becomes risky.

* 'Purge deleted memos on delete'. Deletes a memo permanently
when you marked it for deletion. This is risky when you have
a lot of the other memo options enabled.

* 'Custom windows only in windows list' causes your @services
windows to be accessible only from the WINDOW menu. This
prevents cluttering of your main mIRC window.

[services]
ProjectX Dalserv version 1.00 help - Services tab
================================================================

First, a word of caution. The services database was created
during November 2000, and consists of the latest services
features up to date. You can update this yourself if you know
DALnet services well, and understand the format of .ini files.
There is no tutor on how to modify this file, so, editing it is
not recommended for novices. An updated pxdaldata.txt file will
be available on the website when it becomes available.

There is not much to say about this tab, except a few notes:

* Items between [ ]'s means that this info is NOT REQUIRED

* Items between < >'s means that this info IS REQUIRED

* Items between BOTH [ ]'s and < >'s means that it may be
required, depending on the option, but is not necessarily
required.

* The 'Edit' button will open the fxdaldata.txt file so that
you can edit it

* The 'Get!' button will perform the command you created in
the combo boxes, if possible.

Simply select an item in the left drop-down box, and if
available, this will add items in the right drop-down box.
Select the item, and modify as necessary. After editing these
boxes, there should be no more [ ]'s or < >'s as they are only
PLACE HOLDERS for information. Since this could be a bit
difficult to grasp for novices in the beginning, you are free
to contact us if you are experiencing any problems regarding
this.

[popups]
ProjectX Dalserv version 1.00 help - Popups
================================================================

Most frequently used features of this addon is accessible via
popups, but due to space limitations, not all nicks and channels
can be listed. You may own 100's of nicks and channels, or want
to track tens of nicks or channels, but only a few can be
displayed in the popups. This range from 5 to 8, depending on
the option.

I would therefor suggest that you add your "absolute" favourite
nicks and channels last in the database, so that they will be
displayed in the popups.

These popups are accessible from various places within you mIRC,
namely:

* Menu bar
* Channel window
* Query window
* Status Window
* Nicklist window

If you have any items you want to add to the popups, please let
me know :)

-----[ ProjectX ]-----------------------------------------------

'ProjectX' is a Scripters Crew that focuses on creating scripts,
mainly mIRC-scripts. We do not concentrate on creating full
scripts, but instead creating practical addon scripts for the
lazy IRC-user, protection scripts for the threatened one,
warscripts for the aggressive or vengeance-seeking among us.

We are an organised group of scripters determined to help each
other create, develop, and refine scripts. We bundle our
knowledge, so that our inexperienced scripters may benefit from
our experienced crew-members, and our experienced crew-members
benefit from the enthusiasm and fresh insights from our
newer members. We are not trying to create the 'ULTIMATE'
script, there is no such thing. We concentrate on creating good,
reliable, compatible and useful scripts for mIRC users.
