K-Line Killer by Aenima -/- README.TXT
Use notepad.exe with wordwrap on.

Here is a little bit of documentation for K-Line Killer that people have requested. Ok, the restrictions button allows you to set options to keep just anyone from connecting thru you. In the restrictions window, you have three options, in the restrict to channels option, put the names of channels allowed seperated by a space, i.e. #Channel #Channel2 #etc. In the restrict to IPs, place the name of IPs allowed to connect seperated by a space. In the restrict to password, place the password you want to use (the client should set the password in the password setting in the setup window in mIRC or equivalent in other clients). In the Send Server button, you can send _raw_ data to the IRC server. This is like the /raw & /quote commands, don't type /msg person hi, in the box. Type PRIVMSG person :hi instead. Look at the RFC for IRC to see all commands if you don't know them. The same goes for the Send Client button, it sends the raw data directly to the client. You should send data the client would recieve from the server. I hope this helps.
