N90s Buddy README

N90s Buddy communicates between your Nikon F90X/N90s camera (NOT the
N90!) and your PalmPilot and allows you to download shooting data,
annotate rolls and frames, control the camera, and enable various
features not normally available with the camera alone.

N90s Buddy is SHAREWARE. If you use N90s Buddy, please pay the
registration fee. See the web page listed below for details on how to
register.

REQUIREMENTS

N90s Buddy requires an MC-31 or equivalent cable and the PalmPilot modem
cable. The MC-31 cable is part of the Datalink 2.0 software package
available at various Nikon dealers for around $115. (B&H has it
currently listed at $115 last I checked) According to the Nikon parts
department you should be able to special-order just the MC-31 cable from
your Nikon dealer. (Please e-mail me if you have any success buying just
the cable with the name of the dealer!)

The current versions of all my PalmPilot applications and registration
information can be found at <http://members.aol.com/khancock/pilot.html>.

Enjoy!
