Thank you for trying RunWrite. RunWrite is a Hackmaster hack that allows
you to rapidly launch any application FROM any application with only
two Graffiti strokes. It is also shareware. The evaluation period is 30
days. If you continue to use it after 30 days, you are required to
register. Registration information can be found at the end of this
document.

You must install HackMaster for RunWrite to function. The current
version of HackMaster can be downloaded from:

-------------------
How to use RunWrite
-------------------
First a note about the implementation. I wanted the 'trigger' action to
be very fast and easy to articulate without adversely affecting normal
use of the PalmPilot. What I came up with was a space character entered
into the upper 1/5 of the Graffiti area. Anywhere below that point, the
space stroke will be treated as a normal space. If you have a
suggestion for a better trigger or find yourself accidentally
activating RunWrite when entering text, please let me know.

Assigning Characters to Apps
----------------------------
Start up HackMaster and tap the '+' button next to RunWrite. You'll get
a screen with a list of all currently installed Pilot apps. Select the
app that you would like to assign a launch character to, then enter
the character into the field on the bottom of the screen. Repeat for
each app that you want to assign. Tap 'Done' when you are finished.

Using RunWrite
--------------
Once you have assigned launch characters to your apps, you're ready to
use RunWrite. From any app at any time, simply enter the 'trigger'
stroke of a space in the upper 1/5 of the Graffiti area.(For the
Graffiti-illiterate, that's a left-to-right dash stroke) You will see
a "App:" prompt appear that the bottom of your screen. Now write the
character assigned to the app that you wish to run and it will launch
immediately.

NOTE: RunWrite does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase
letters. An 'a' and an 'A' are the same as far as it is concerned.

Revision History
----------------
1.01 - Bugfix/Enhancement
* Fixed bug where entering the launch character for an app that has
been deleted will cause a Fatal Error
* Two consecutive 'trigger' spaces in a row will cause one "real"
space to be entered. This was requested as an easy way to deal
with accidental activation of RunWrite when attempting to enter a
  normal space character.
