IMPORTANT NOTE TO THOSE WHO DOWNLOAD MSYS111.EXE:

Before you run MSYS111.EXE, rename it to MSYSARC.EXE
When you run MSYSARC.EXE, it will produce two files (README.1ST and another
MSYS111.EXE). If you don't rename the original file, there will be
a problem when it tries to dearchive the MSYS111.EXE file. Renaming
the original file will solve this.
