INDOOR FLEA MARKET INFORMATION

The 1990 Rochester Hamfest indoor flea market will operate with a two-tier
pricing system.  Please carefully read the following Flea Market Rules and
Regulations:

   Pricing:  1 to 3 tables   $20.00 Each
   Additional tables         $30.00 Each

   Example:
   4 tables        3 Tables @ $20 = $60
                   1 Table  @ $30 = $30
                  ---------------------
                   4 Tables Total = $90

Table Assignment:

The location of each table purchased will be assigned by the Rochester
Hamfest.  Requests for specific locations will be handled on a first
come/space available basis.  When requesting multiple tables, please tell us
the minimum number you will take in a single location.  WE CANNOT ACCEPT PHONE
REQUESTS.

Schedule:

Friday, May 18      8:30 a.m. - 12:00 noon setup
                   12:00 noon -  9:00 p.m. open
Saturday, May 19    6:00 a.m. -  7:00 a.m. setup
                    7:00 a.m. -  5:30 p.m. open
Sunday, May 20      7:00 a.m. -  2:00 p.m. open

Set-up:

During set-up hours, ONLY those persons having a FLEA MARKET EXHIBITORS Badge
will be allowed to enter the flea market.

Security:

The flea market building will be secured during non-show hours.  Rochester
Hamfest cannot assume responsibility for any loss or theft of property.

Electricity:

Electrical service may be available for a limited number of tables.  Cost is
$25 per single outlet (120V x 500W).

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is due and payable on all sales made in the flea market.  The rate
in Monroe County where the convention is held is 7%.  For the convenience of
those who are not registered in New York State, forms will be available at the
Hamfest registration desk.

General Rules and Regulations

1.  Tables are NONTRANSFERABLE

2.  Tables not CLAIMED or OCCUPIED by 10:00 a.m.  Saturday will be subject to
resale unless prior arrangements have been made with the Flea Market Director
for late arrival.  NO refunds will be issued.

3.  Building rules prohibit attaching anything to the walls (i.e.  signs,
posters, etc.).

4.  Flea Market table requests can only be accepted by mail.  If you have a
specific problem or special need, call the Hamfest office 716-424-7184 during
business hours.

5.  Commercial operators MUST use the Dome Center exhibit area.  The flea
market is open only to non-commercial exhibitors (i.e.  those who are not in
business).

There will be NO space sales at the door.  Advance sale ONLY.  Mail space
orders with checks payable to Rochester Hamfest.  Mail to:

Outdoor space will be available as usual at $5.00 per parking space.  All flea
market exhibitors must hold Hamfest registrations.
