                           Welcome to PC-ECAP

PC-ECAP is an easy to use AC circuit analysis program which analyzes circuits
consisting of resistors, capacitors, inductors, transformers, transistors
(both bipolar and FET's), operational amplifiers and transconductance
 amplifiers.

Instructions on using PC-ECAP can be found in the file PC-ECAP.DOC
supplied in the distribution package. In your package you should have
 received the following files:

        ECAP.EXE - The PC-ECAP Program
ECAPHERC.DRV - A software driver for Hercules Graphics Cards
        PC-ECAP.DOC - The PC-ECAP User Manual

        INSTALL.EXE - An Installation Program for PC-ECAP

        EXAMPLE1.DAT - A 1 KHz RC Low-pass Filter example
        EXAMPLE2.DAT - An LC High-pass Filter example
EXAMPLE3.DAT - A Modem Receive Filter example for Group Delay
EXAMPLE4.DAT - An Example Using the Transistor Model Maker
EXAMPLE5.DAT - An LC Low-pass Filter example for Impedance
EXAMPLE6.DAT - An LC Low-pass Filter example for Return Loss
EXAMPLE7.DAT - An LC Bandpass Filter example for VSWR
        OPAMPMOD.DAT - A more elaborate Opamp Model

The manual contains the PC-ECAP license and disclaimer that you agree to abide
by when using or distributing the PC-ECAP software package.

The PC-ECAP software package is distributed as shareware. The UNREGISTERED
version is for evaluation purposes only. It contains a sign-on procedure
which requests user input before the program will run.

You may use the evaluation copy of PC-ECAP for 30 days. If you find PC-ECAP
to be a useful tool and wish to continue using it beyond the 30-day
evaluation period, you must register your copy with Circuit Systems.

To register PC-ECAP, just fill out the form contained in the ORDERFRM file
and mail it to the address indicated on the form. Upon receipt of your
