This is a patch to make FBB512 compatable with the bbs header system used in
North America. It adds two colons to the header. One after the @ and the other
after the #. It seems to work well and not affect the general operation of the
bbs however, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The other change to be made is in the init.srv file. Put a space in front of
the square brackets (located abt halfway through the file)
