Radio Prague International resumed broadcasting on May 7th.

Notice that their new name is Radio Prague International (vice R.
Prague).  They have stated that the 'new' station's format was
overhauled in order to reflect the Democratic changes in
Czechoslovakia.  Should make for a historic QSL, eh?
