ORBS Release 1.4.0 corrects a couple of minor problems which surfaced
after the initial release.

(1) If a particular listing traversed 2400 UTC, the printed time did
not reset to 0000 UTC.

(2) Azimuth headings from the observer to the satellite were totally
erroneous for observers located in the Southern hemisphere.

These two errors were caused by typos which have been corrected.

The ELEMENT UPDATE's editing functions have been beefed up. In addition
to detecting missing/erroneous keywords, grossly erroneous values will
now be detected as well. Previously, a Julian date such as 872269
would have been accepted, resulting in a runtime error when the data
had to be used in calculations. Rough range-checking will now catch
most typical typos. The values and ranges tested are:

        Epoch time:     > 78000 AND <99367
        Inclination:    >=  0 AND <= 180
        RA of node:     >=  0 AND <= 360
        Eccentricity:   >=  0 AND <= 1
        Arg of perigee: >=  0 AND <= 360
        Mean anomaly:   >=  0 AND <= 360
        Decay rate:     >= -1 AND <= +1

To install ORBS, merely unARC all the files (into a specific directory if
you're using a hard disk), and execute ORBS. The menus will guide you
through the rest.

Enjoy ORBS, and thanks for trying it..
