To: PACKET-RADIO@ucsd.edu Surely its only 'business use' if the ham is making money out of it! If i send someone directions to their local HRO or something by means of packet, its not 'business use' because i receive no financial reward from it. Likewise distributing shareware. Now if *I* was the *AUTHOR* of the shareware........ (maybe this discussion thread should be mapped over to rec.ham-radio.legal ??) Usually mail from 'strangers' is mail from readers of this bulletin, that's why I'm posting this here. The mail came from: @cis.ohio-state.edu> which clearly has a syntax-error in it. To the writer of this mail: try sending it to: adam@tnoal1.tno.nl or: gaalen@tno.nl You may have added something like @cunyvm.xxx.xx and I've seen one more case in which it failed. I'll confirm receipt as soon as it gets to me! 73 de Adam PA2AGA ------------------------------ End of Packet-Radio Digest ******************************
