5.14a should cure the 'Mail for: None' problem on startup.

It also has a real limited fix for the SWAP problem.  If you are
stripping out the @BBS entirely (like dropping @W3IWI) it will
drop off any remaining .MD.USA.NA.EARTH.ETC, but you still can't
do something like
