This software is for use only by licensed radio amateurs for
non-commercial use on amateur frequencies, including MARS
usage.  Any commercial use is strictly PROHIBITED.  Non-amateur
non-commercial use (Governmental, etc) is also PROHIBITED.
However, a no charge license for Civil Air Patrol use will be
granted upon request.
