New things in GTEPMS v1.3 (28 Mar 91) Better DESQview handling of closing windows. Also please note: You must insure that you G?-PIF.DVP state "Close on Exit to DOS? YES" !!! If you fail to do this, windows will never close. I have supplied new G?-PIF.DVP files for this. Added to USER.EXE additional Message-of-the-Day file \USER.MOD for non-BBS connections. Old \MOD. will still be sent first. Added to MODEM.EXE additional Message-of-the-Day file \MODEM.MOD for non-BBS connections. Old \MOD. and \USER.MOD will still be sent first. Added trap for "/EX^Z" endings to messages. Added "HIDE ON" and "HIDE OFF" commands to PORTER.EXE. Default is "HIDE OFF". What the HIDE command does (if turned on) will open new connect/fwd windows as the bottom-most window verse the normal top-most window. This is handy is you plan to do something with the computer and do not wish windows popping up in front of you while you work. Note: This feature is only applicable with DESQview v2.26 and up. If you are running an older version of DESQview, PORTER will "politely" tell you so. :-) Added in MODEM.EXE ability to re-resolve after an edit.
