4-1-89  Well I cleaned up the list function in the freq edit module and added
        some more reports.  
        
        I started putting version numbers on the programs so you will know 
        just which edition you have.  This version 0.2 Beta.  I will be 
        keeping it beta till I have most of this level finished.  Or in
        other words just so you know to be careful. 

        Just for you info the format of the .dbf will remain the same on
        all future releases or will have a conversion program to go with 
        it.  So if you use the program the data you enter will not have to
        be typed in again when changing versions.
        
        Oh ya, I am in the process of adding field validating for the sorting
        data.   Hopefully that will be done in a couple of weeks.
        
        This is a beta release of Scan_db.  It is released so I can see what
        it does on other systems.  It should not hurt anything but may
        generate some errors.

The following options are not available yet.
