I. Introduction - The Frequency Manager Database allows you track and/or log
                  various types of frequencies. The system has functions to
                  track any frequency from 00000 khz to 9.9999 Ghz, and
                  is broken down into two primary tracking functions. One of
                  these is some general, and used primarily for tracking
                  of "Scanner Type" frequencies. The other function is to
                  log, track, and report on Shortwave Broadcasts (SWL). The
                  SWL functions allow additonal tracking of Start Time,
                  Country and City of origination, etc.

                  Also I have added the ability to enter and report on
                  Frequency band allocations. You may enter the beginning
                  and ending frequecny range, description, etc.

                  REPORTS - you will find over one dozen (12) different
                            type of reports, and the ability to selectively
                            report on various items.


II. Installation - Make a subdirectory on your hard disk (C:\FREQ), and copy
                   all the files to this location.

                   Change to that subdir and type "FREQ" and press "ENTER"
                   to start the program.

                   You will get a re-occurring notice to register the
                   package, but the system is FULLY functional. Please
                   register, I do.

                   You may press F1 for HELP on any screen.
