DEF file changes from PTP 4.1

Function keys are  F1-F10,   SF1-SF10,   CF1-CF10   and AF1-AF10
Tags for Fkeys are F1T-F10T, SF1T-SF10T, CF1T-CF10T and AF1T-AF10T
Numbers no longer used.
.MOD files no longer used.


New commands for .DEF file are:

Keyed commands while running RTP

Alt-B                  Removed
Alt-D                  Display and edit current DEF file.
Alt-K                  Now means Send NTS traffic as a file.
ALT-O                  Shell to DOS.
ALT-Q                  Toggles Quick Save on and off.
Alt-X                  Toggles unattended mode on and off.
End key                Exit RTP.
PgDn (Download)        Receive file.
PgUp (Upload)          Transmit file.


Other notes:

A Personal Mini BBS has been added to RTP.  This is for unattended operation
where legal.  Activiated by Alt-X.

If open of TNC fails, comm port forced to 0.  Warning message is displayed.

Tab key dumping hold buffer removed.

Pressing Shift, Alt, or Control will change line 25 F-key prompts to current
valid set.
