Here are all the known cheat codes for TekWar...
(NOTE:  you cant complete the game with enemies off)

NOGUARD   : Turns off Police men
NOENEMIES : Pretty self-explanatory this one. Turns off all objects.  
	    ie no bad guys,no public, no wall firing turrets. 
NOSTALK   : Some thing to do with the way the enemies work, possibly 
	    do to with the full version, where you have stalking enemies.
NOCHASE   : turns off just the bad guys.
NOSTROLL  : turns off the public
DIGILOOPS : don't know about this one. Possible cheat mode? 
	    IF anybody knows about trying to find keypress combinations, hack TEKD1.EXE.
BRIEF     : displays the intro.
NOENEMIES, NOCHASE will stop you from completing the game since you can't kill the bad guys to get the keycards.
