The clipping was not submitted with an exact page/date reference. === TWO BYU COMPUTER HACKERS ARRAIGNED Provo [Utah] - Two Provo men raccused of tapping into a Brigham Young University computer system face arraignment in district court May 22 on second-degree felonies. William Swinyard Jr. and Alexsander [sic] Radulovic, both 22, appeared in 4th circuit Court Thursday for a preliminary hearing. However, both opted to forego the hearing and have the case sent to district court. The two defendants allegedly used BYU computers to obtain credit histories on 122 people. ==== If any CuD readers have additional information on this case, particularly any details on the unclear reference to how the University computers were used to obtain information that presumably was on an outside system, please let us know.
