*************** KEYBOARD WIZARD INSTRUCTIONS **************

1. Remove the old U30 and install a socket.
   On epoxy boards use acid to remove the epoxy from around the
   chip, cut pins 1 and 28 at chip and bend away slightly. 
   Solder a new socket on top of the old chip and hook
   up pins 1 and 28 to the bent pins. This is much easier and
   safer than trying to remove the chip. Bend pin 1 and 28 of
   the new socket away so that they will connect to the original
   bent pins and not touch the old chip below.

2. Put in the Loader chip and make sure it is installed with
   the indentation pointing towards the front of the board.

3. Plug in the VC2 with this chip in for 20sec. You will not
   see any Video Cipher light but do not worry, it is working.

4.  Unplug the VC2 and put in the correct wizard chip for your
    box. The w2000 for 0100 boxes and the w2100 for 0181 boxes.

5.  Make sure you are on a cipher channel and hit setup and 7.
    Then select bank 1. The decoder should now turn on until
    the end of March.  When the audio goes off at the first of
    April hit setup-7 and select bank 2. Now the decoder is on
    for 2 more months. *Note* hitting setup-7 and selecting
    bank 3 will get spacenet 2 ch 23. You will have to select
    back to band 1 or 2 to get the other channels again.

6.  After the codes have run out you can get new ones by calling
    the WIZARD at 809-946-4617. all you have to do is call after
    6PM EST. and have a pencil or tape recorder ready to write
    down the codes. Then Hit SETUP-8 and select a bank to write
    to and punch in the codes on the keyboard. Happy viewing
    with your wizard.

Every videocipher in the whole universe does a calculation every
2 months and comes up with what we call the working key. We
monitor a working VC and display the codes to the screen. You
then punch these into the U7 via the keyboard and you have total
control to give your cipher only what it needs. The ability to
turn each cipher off VIA the data stream has been removed.

Your wizard VC2 cannot be tampered with by G.I. You have complete
control.

Your unit does not even take any hits, therefore it needs no 
monthly updates from our buddies at G.I. They conveniently send
us the working key in the data stream so we can punch it in.

This chip goes in the u30 position only.
We also give the codes to get ZAP VIDEO on Spacenet because we
have a cable box authorized so we can get the working key from

the keys to run until June 1st. We have recently upgraded the
software to have 8 storage banks for keys as you saw on Bore-
Sight. It also works in all IRD's very well.
