Manitoba uses a 2 part license for drivers, a photo ID card
that is typical of a US license and a suplimental paper part. ID cards
and drivers licenses use the same photo card but have different paper
parts as shown below.

Minor's card has birthdate only to identify it. Not issued for
identification only. Also valid "Valid without photo" in red above
date of birth or "Valide sans photo" in lower right corner.
