4X of Group 42

Here are some locations in the starcom 7's RAM and what they do:

80h,82h,85h: Tag Data control, Authorization, Receive/transmit halt.

243h-248h: Country made,date,Partial Serial Number and checksum

400h-4FFh: This is used for channel organization and limits.
           It is set now for standard locations ie CH3=CH3 CH52=CH52...
           The two 63h 63h codes that appear at 4fEh and 4FFh
           set the box to the upper CH 99 limit, you can make
           it to CH 50, or CH 10 if you like...
           There are a few other functions here to like the channel that
           the unit goes to when you select a channel that you are not
           subscribed to, 400h,401h,4FC,4FD.

500h-51Fh: TCP locations i.e. Set the box to come on at certain
           times and dates.

520h-55Fh: These are the locations for regular premium and PPV channels.
           All locations are set to FF to turn everything on.

560h-58Fh: These are used to store Parental Control Channels
           and favorite channels.

5A8h,5ACh,5ADh,5AEh: Parental Control PIN set by 5ACh and 5ADh.    
                     

5B6h,5B7h: Location for the remote control enable, and CH3 CH4 output.
