This package contains some tools for 3-D wireframe graphics, both in binary
and C source forms.  These include conversion between various formats, 3-D
transformations and perspective projections, and display/plotting/printing
utilities.  The tools are particularly useful in conjunction with my 3dv
wireframe viewer for the PC, but they can also be used on their own.  The
executables are for MSDOS, although the sources should compile on other
systems with few or no changes.  I am placing this in the public domain. 
Also included are a number of objects in 3dv format that have been sent to
me.
