			 RUNNING THE TEST SUITE

1. Go to the Test directory. The Leonardo executable should be in the
   renaissance/bin directory.
2. Execute 'testrun.csh'. This will take 10-15 minutes.
3. If the output is "status ok" you are done. If it says there are problems
you can look in test.out for more information. Include this file in any
bug reports you might send about the problem.

			INFORMATION ABOUT THE TEST SUITE

This directory contains a test suite for Leonardo, designed with version 1.0
in mind. It is assumed that acceptable test results have been created using
'testcreate.csh'. These should, of course, be examined for accuracy before
being used to compare test results to. The interpreter may then be tested
by executing 'testrun.csh' -- this will create appropriate files and compare
them to the expected results.
NOTE: Both of these shellscripts accept an optional argument of the directory
in which the executable 'Leonardo' may be found. Default is ../../bin.
