Read this first!  To install the new version of On The Ball, run the
install script.  The install script will copy any new files into your
OnTheBall: directory.  THE INSTALL SCRIPT WILL NOT OVERWRITE YOUR OLD
calendar.apps FILE.

	If you already have an old demo of On The Ball, you must purchase the
registered version of On The Ball in order to still use your old data.
This new version V1.20-demo will not read in your old data.  The
registered version will read in your old data.
