Anyone know the address etc. for the companies selling the HMD optics?

Also, I've tried to contact Amtec International which makes the stress
gauges for the power glove. I've called them at the # listed in the
Byte article but their # has been changed and no one is answering the
new #. Anyone know how to get in touch with Amtec?
