Pete, You say that you cannot see the reasoning is bypassing the senses to deliver a more real real. Well I seem to think that that would be the best way.. the senses are just instruments that deliver information to the brain. It is often hard to trick fine tuned instruments, so why not just send the info direct to the brain.... I mean if you wanted to make a copy of a CD, would you connect some RCA wires from the output to the tape players input, or would you just put a microphone up to the speakers? The whole key to being able to fool the senses I beleive, lies in research on exactly how the brain interprets the signals sent to it by the different senses, only then can we duplicate the actual data that is sent by the senses. We can capture sound to a digital file on computers, and copy that file and send it to somewhere else, well then wouldn't it make sense that if we could copy vision the way the eye does, we could send it to the brain...... welp enough from me .. I'm tired nd its late... -Virtual Chaos ZACHEM@STETSON
