You could try to contact ACM at ACMPUBS@ACMVM.BITNET and ask them.
They are not very fast, though.

Lance, BTW, you mentioned a C++ code for Kalman filtering in a .dsp
USENET group so time ago. Wouldn't it be possible to have it
crossposted here, or at least have the address of its author? Thank
