Good news-- the Release 4 of REND386 is ALMOST ready.  We had a lot of
problems with the initial demo releases and added a lot of features
so it took longer than expected.  But by next week (I hope!) the source
(all of it) and the demo will be up for FTP.

REND386 seems to be evolving in two directions: a package for full VR,
and a toolbox of VR routines.  The new "package" supports loadable pointer, 
head tracker, and video drivers, so it's getting pretty complex.

I hope to put together a LONG blurb on the new improved REND386 in the 
next few days so everyone can get (re)acquainted with it.
