Greetings, fellow enthusiasts.  I have modified the virtu-l
mailing list so that all posts must be approved by me before
going out to the list.

This should save us the hassle of things such as (1) unsubscribe
requests sent to the list membership; (2) commercial advertisements
which are inappropriate for this forum; (3) people who respond
to the whole list, instead of to an individual.

I welcome any comments or feedback you may have.  This may delay
the postings slightly, especially since I need to approve them,
and then HLAB approves them again before they go to the
Usenet side of the world (via sci.virtual-worlds).  I hope
any delay will be worth it, in light of recent volume to this
list which might have been better if left off.

Note:  If you do want to UNSUBSCRIBE, please do it yourself.
Just send a note to listserv@vmd.cso.uiuc.edu  or  listserv@uiucvmd.bitnet
