From: timb@anat3d2.anatomy.upenn.edu (Timothy Baradet) Subject: TECH: StereoView LCD Glasses Date: 10 Sep 92 21:17:12 GMT Organization: Univ. of Penn. School of Medicine I'm currently setting up a 3d viewing system using StereoView LCD Glasses from StereoGraphics in San Rafael, CA and and a Silicon Graphics Indigo SX-24. With a some C code provided with the glasses I've gotten a simple image rotating in 3d, put I'm not a very experienced using GL graphics. Eventually I'd like to do some 3d image analysis work using IDL from RSI Systems; our present system involves displaying two images on screen and an optical stereo viewer Is anyone out there using a the same (or similar) system ? Does anyone have any working code or know of an FTP site for people working with this system ? I'm getting tired of watching the same old thing and StereoGraphics wasn't much help, the tape of demo programs that is listed in their literature apparently doesn't exist. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Please post or e-mail direct.
