From: jlb31348@uxa.cso.uiuc.edu (Jim Brain) Subject: TECH: U of I PGSI super update 10-1-92 Date: Fri, 2 Oct 1992 04:58:47 GMT Organization: University of Illinois at Urbana OK, it's 11:49 PM and I am still up, so I thought I would share some good news. I found a place today at the U of I that will make a few boards for me for a small (none) cost. Therefore, we should be able to announce sales as soon as the boards have been made and verified tht they function. I think he said it takes a week, so I am happy. This has been the stumbling block for the last three to four weeks. Fortunately, they are going to build the board the same week I take the GRE, so I will be ready when the board is made. Yippee! I have had many people ask about dates, so here's my scoop. I know it has been 4 months and some days, but the end is approaching. I am probably dragging this out longer than usual, but it HAS to be done right the first time. There is no margin for error. I don't want to gamble with your money, and I know you don't want me to either, so please be patient just a tad longer. Man, things are finally starting to fall into place. I like that. I just took the pictures for Midnight Engineering, in which an article about our PGSI will be in sometime soon. I will tell you the issue. We have a picture of the core group, the PGSI, the PGSI hooked up to a PG, and I holding the PGSI. Chack it out when it comes out and you can enjoy the article, too. OK, enough babbling.
