Yes you can hookup Nintedno's Power Glove to your PC. 

See Byte Mag.  July 1990 p 288 

Also there is a file at sunee.uwaterloo.ca you can get I think it is
a racquet ball demo that has the file THEGLOVE.DOC which also tells
you what you have to do to make it sing...
