A good place to start would be the proceedings of the "Medicine Meets Virtual
Reality" Conference (4-7 June, 1992, San Diego USA). The address for
proceedings is :

	PO Box 23220
	San Diego
	CA 92193
	USA
	Ph (619) 541-1444
	fax (619) 541-1447

There was a commentary on the Conference in the July, 1992 edition of
"Simulation", written by Francisco J Oyarzun (pp 68-72).

It describes some of the "Clever Ideas" presented as well as some aspects of
the commercialisation of such work.

Happy reading !
