Could someone tell me the pinout config for the RCA CD 4030 quad XOR
chip?  I know that 14 is Vcc and 7 is Gnd, and I think 8, 9 in, 10, out.
 But I'd like to confirm the others.  I built the circuit, and one lense
seems to switch, but the other doesn't (actually, I should say it
doesn't oscillate, it does switch on start up).  I'm wondering if my
chip could be broken or something, so I need the pinouts to confirm
outputs.  Thanks!
