Classic PHILosophizing. Please, Ben, be substantive so you don't
sound baseless. Under what presumptions do you base such a
(androcentric) rant? Did you just read an article on the burning rain
forests or is there a lurking criticism of VR here? Please note that
I am a Black man, albeit mostly westernized---I too have trouble with
the natural world. I also consider myself a radical feminist, so
maybe i'm not "totally lost..." But "HE (Western White man)" does? I
believe that there is a substantial audience of women here who are
attempting to build the technology of VR. Are they excluded from your
concerns? Are all women atavist? I see no basis for the assumption.
