I read the premier issue (Jan/Feb 92), but I have to say I didn't like it
that much. It striked me an article about image compression using fractals:
I don't actually understand HOW a fast way to compress images can benefit VR.
VR is not just a playing back of pre-recorded images... who know?

so on. Not exactly a newsletter, not exactly cheap, but it could be 
interesting. First issue expected in July 92.


Meckler is also going to release another newsletter: Virtual Reality Review;
still waiting for the first issue.
