Regarding the "bliplist":

One thing that might be a problem is that newcomers will not have seen
the post on the standard keywords, so they may not know which ones to
use.  Since (I think) you are putting together an FAQ posting, you may
want to put the bliplist at the beginning of the FAQ so that newcomers
know what to use when they post.

I think the bliplist keyword idea is a good one, and hope it works out
well.
