I'm a Grad student in chemistry, and I noticed that many people taking 
general Chemistry have trouble understanding what is happening (visually)
with the atoms during a chemical reaction.  As soon as I'm done with Grad.
school, I would like to get started in a program that can not only visually
display a chemical reaction from the atoms point of view, but also have it
be interactive.  (Where the student can try to bring atoms together, and
feel what it's like.)  I have a good deal of computer programing background,
and I'm a fast learner.  I was wondering if anyone knows any programs currently
doing this, or programs (groups) that are open to ideas.
