Talk to Sidney Fels (Computer Science, University of Toronto,
10 Kings College Rd, Toronto, Canada, M5S 1A4), he knows *everything*
on the subject, and had (in 1989) a system running that let a DECtalk
machine pronounce a subset of ASL (The Glove-Talk project).
