Everex has a nice board for about $600 that has composite _and_ S-Video
outputs, along with same-time VGA connector output. The VGA output is
non-interlaced, while the video outputs are interlaced. It is VESA
compliant, and even has a 15 bit per pixel mode (32,768 colors!).

Disclaimer: I do not work for Everex (never have); but I have used
this board. PAL versions are available, too.
