Hi folks!
Now here is the ONLY answer I got.
so THANK YOU George Ludwig AGAIN!
Here's what he wrote:

Peter:

As has been posted, you can get the Toshiba glasses from Real 3-D.
They are definately compatible with the Sega glasses. However, when
you buy the Sega glasses you get the interface card which is what
people usually hack to make the interface to the PC (or whatever). The
Toshiba glasses do not come with an interface, but if you have a Sega
compatible interface the Toshiba glasses plug right into it, no
adapter required or anything. If the PGSI ever materializes (jab jab
Mr. Brain) the Toshiba glasses should plug right in.

The Toshiba glasses are of clearly higher quality construction. My
Sega glasses frame broke when dropped from 3 feet onto a carpeted
floor. This would be extremely unlikely with the Toshiba glasses. The
image quality of the Toshiba glasses is not, IMHO, much (any) better
than the image quality of the Sega unit. The glasses do not go even
close to entirely opaque.

In any event, I highly reccomend the Toshiba glasses. They are cool
matte black finish and fairly durable. They look more like tools than
the Sega glasses which all too clearly resemble what they are...kid's
toys.

BTW, the cost from Real 3-d including shipping was like $80.
