Liudvikas,
	Please don't stereotype everyone who works (or gets funded by)
the govt.  We here at JPL, work our asses off to get quality software 
that works and is on time.  We have real deadlines just like everyone
else.  Granted, there might be a few rotten apples, but most often the
govt. is getting they're money's worth.
