I think they did a pretty good job of putting the book together, BTW; but I feel sorry for anyone who has to index, abstract, or catalog it! This is similar to the list which is in the s.v-w FAQ (available by FTP to u.washington.edu, I belive). The Mondo folks wanted to beef it up a bit, though, evidently: they added a bit more generic hardware than our FAQ has. The product descriptions are also fairly terse.
