We have found that ours crash after being on for more than twenty minutes or so (they just freeze up). The problem appears to be heat related. We have installed fans on the black boxes and this improves the run time but does not solve it altogether. (Hmm...maybe a bit of a timing problem?). The serial numbers on our boxes are p167 and p168 (about four years old). We are running the boxes in oneshot mode. We did try sending one of the boxes back to VPL and they claimed nothing was wrong with it. Has anyone else run into this problem? Thanks for any info, Carlton J.
