I work for a large industrial concern (read CONSERVATIVE). I would like to see VR used as a process machinery interface: let the operators see the world from the point of view of the piece of metal being processed, magnify machine distortions by 1,000,000x , etc. As far as I know, no one is doing this... I wasn't able to whip up much enthusiasm at last spring's conference at UW's HITLab either. bob -- Bob Salnick, Spokane,WA | USENET: oliveb!isc-br!tau-ceti!DejaVu!salnick Amiga 1000, WB 1.3 | INTERNET: salnick@DejaVu.spk.wa.us WA9BVE
